Recently, I came across the word “muchimuchi.” Is this just a
stronger version of “muchi” (shameless), or are there other
connotations?

“Muchimuchi” is totally different from “muchi”, but the
colloquial word ( slang ? ) which means feeling or
looking soft and elastic. Mostly, it is used for
describing feeling and looking of young woman’s skin
full of life.
e.x.: “muchimuchi tto sita hada”
